I have an older car but she's my pride and joy and she gets at least 2 washes a week so my Tommy's membership practicality pays for itself and the vacuums are free so bonus there! If you're into your car like I am Tommy's is the only place to take it.
- ATAl TennyFeb 21, 20261.0One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in recent memory. Reminiscent of a door-to-door roofing sales encounter. Just said I wanted the works. Then the person at the booth works in the monthly plan, not once, not twice, but three times. Each time I said no and was getting frustrated by the pressure tactic. As if that was not enough, one last time, and I said, no three times should be enough. Her response was "fine, then don't come back". So, a second later, I asked for a refund, which I am still waiting for. This was Saturday, 2/21/26 at about 11am. So I will take your recommendation and not come back. Not a wise way to run your business, or to train your staff, considering there are no less than 8 other options in Burleson.
