A “2 to 2 and a half hour” wait turned into me asking for my keys and leaving after four hours and fifteen minutes of sitting in their waiting room without a single update or check in. My car never moved from the spot I parked it in. I did get to hear the guy at the desk tell customer after customer in person and over the phone that they wouldn’t be able to get their work completed that day. Guess I should have got the hint. Dropped the car off at 12 after I scheduled the appointment online. Finally got fed up enough and left at 4:15. Felt like I saw the techs spending more time in the parking lot talking than working on any vehicles.

I asked various questions which he was able explain why the more expensive brands would be more lucrative and the longevity for my vehicle welfare. I would like to say special "Thank You" for hiring this young man, he was truly a breath of fresh air by aiding me in my purchasing process.
