I use the app a lot and keep my fingers crossed that it is still available when I arrive, so I never have to wait at the location. I would like to also add that I had an issue 1 day ago were the system some how had an error while I was connected and I was unable to get the connector to release. I immediately called EVgo and the CSR quickly resolved my problem by guiding me through on how to get the connector to release. 😊

- NMNicolas MaschekJan 21, 20185.0I charged my Tesla Model S and received 22 miles/hour of charge. I didn’t have to pay! There is a smaller free plug to the side that doesn’t require payment and doesn’t have a screen. Worth using while eating at Chili’s.
