If you reserve the car you should not have to wait to get the car. I felt like they were picking and choosing who they wanted to give a car to. We were in there for 2 hours with the reservation. They barely had any cars. He wanted to give us a car with bald tires and a fender bender. Take pride in everyone not this some we are customers.

Worse experience ever! I don’t if the manager Destin was just overwhelmed but this time horrible service was provided! I had a reservation and confirmed the day before that a vehicle would be available since I was leaving mines to get repaired.
I arrived at around 10:30 and was advised they had NO vehicles but had some coming from the airport and the wait would be about 20-30 minutes. Which I was perfectly ok waiting. An hour goes by and still nothing. I go next door to grab lunch with my 3 kids come back and another hour and nothing. It is now 1:20 and I approach an employee to ask if the vehicles coming, if one of those would be for me and my necessities.
I was then interrupted by Destin letting me know the he is the MANAGER and I am to ask him that. Ok then I went to him even though he was already with someone else and ask the same question. He then answers very rudely letting me know that he is trying to figure where they are at and that I needed to sit down before I don’t get a vehicle!
As a grown ass woman you better believe I stood up for myself. I told him fine send my reservation somewhere else you’re not going to be threatening me!!! Another older male that was next to me and my kids jumps into our convo and starts defending Destin that he is not threatening me. I told the grown old man to hush and mind his business.
Another customer told the older gentleman to stop and not do this in front of the kids the older man then said something in the matter of he is defending his kid. I’m sorry but when do we have our parents at our job sites babysitting us?
Anywho 20 minutes later I get my car no apologies for the wait from the manager Destin nothing, only from the other employees that gave me the vehicle.
One last thing, when I was already pissed off still waiting within those 20 minutes another couple came in, Destin said we don’t have any vehicles available you can call corporate and complain. You tell me if that’s how customer service is supposed to work now. I get ppl have their bad days but as an employee of a huge business like Enterprise you need to know how to handle each person individually and how they approach you. Not take out your frustration on those that have not caused it.
