GREAT GREAT GREAT SERVICE!! First I rented with budget because it was cheaper but the extensive credit check to rent a car turned me off. So I went back to Enterprise to rent a car (last minute for a family emergency) && they were exceptional!!
They accepted my credit card, upgraded me so I had a comfortable trip and got me checked in and out fast! The manager was also very helpful and allowed the upgrade because my kids were too large for a Sentra.
Will forever and always rent with Enterprise. I also got my deposit 24 hours after I returned the vehicle.
I can’t overly express the comfort and the amazing service I got and the relief I had when they told me the car is about to be ready. I cried! I recommend them 100x’s over!

***BED BUGS*****
I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car because my owned vehicle was in the shop for transmission issues. Shortly after taking possession of the rental vehicle (Blue Nissan Sentra 2025) I discovered a live bed bug inside the car.
Upon discovering this, I immediately returned the vehicle and reported the issue to Enterprise, explaining that providing a vehicle contaminated with bed bugs was unacceptable. I was issued a replacement vehicle. I was told I would be updated if they found more bed bugs in the vehicle (they never called me, I had to call them SEVERAL times).
Due to the serious risk of bed bugs being transferred from the rental vehicle to my home and personal belongings, I hired a licensed bed bug exterminator as a precautionary measure. The exterminator inspected and treated my home and confirmed that no bed bugs were found, which is documented in the attached receipt. The total cost of this service was $540.
I incurred this expense solely because of Enterprise’s failure to properly inspect and clean the rental vehicle prior to providing it to me. I requested reimbursement from Enterprise for the extermination service, but my request was denied. Not only was it denied, but it was extremely difficult to have a form of communication with this firm which is frustrating. I reviewed my rental agreement thoroughly on multiple occasions, and it contains no disclosures, warnings, or clauses addressing bed bug contamination in rental vehicles or disclaiming responsibility for such conditions. Bed bugs are widely known to be extremely difficult, costly, and emotionally distressing to manage.
Enterprise’s negligence placed me at risk and forced me to incur an unexpected financial burden, as well as significant emotional distress and anxiety related to the potential infestation of my home.

I would leave a negative ⭐️ if I could. I have been renting cars with Enterprise in the last 2 years +and I am very disappointed with my latest experience. Picked up car at business closing with +- 1/2 tank and returned it after hours the next day with a full tank. When retrieving the car and checking it in the next morning at 0730, Enterprise decided to charge me for 2 full days although I am not allowed to go pickup the car again and drive for the full day until close of business on day 2 to account for the 2 days I am being charged. Total scam and I won't recommend this to anyone!!!
You should be allowed to use the rental for the number of days/hours you are being charged and not pay for 2 days when you only used the rental for a day !!!
I called the branch and was told it is Enterprise policy and they will look into it and I will get an email but it is been over 2 days without any emails, so clearly they only care about making money and not about customers. RIDICULOUS

I scheduled with Enterprise to pick me up at a body shop at 8am. At 8:15am I attempted to call Enterprise to find out where my ride was. I was put on hold for 10mins and was disconnected. I called back again and was put on hold for over 30mins. While on hold, I contacted Enterprise via chat on their website and the person said they would have the shop contact me. Never did.
The body shop secretary, who had called before me (and was put on hold), finally talked to someone and they told her they were sending the driver. After about 15mins, the driver called me and said he was here but he wasn't because he went to my house not the body shop! Finally, I was picked up around 9:20am or so.
At the Enterprise store, things went fairly quickly as far as getting picking up the rental. But the rental was very dirty. Dropping off the rental was fairly quick so I don't have complains about that.
