- DEDeb ErskineMar 29, 20235.0Karla is so patient with me ranting about this product. I have copd and unable to blow with enough power or have enough breath to get a reading. Changed to in home intoxalock and when it was calibrated, I actually made test sample then couldn't do it again to save my life. This is a very expensive and to say I can't get stuff set up so I can use it to the courts order. Karla has always tried to get things set up but nothing is happening at intoxalock.
