  Advance is the modern version of an auto parts store. They have a huge inventory. They are very friendly and helpful and they even have a complimentary installation service for some items. The website is easy to select the exact parts for your car. Then you can order and even pay online if you wish. Advance was very convenient and had better prices and selection than any other place I shopped.

  Yesterday I picked up a windshield wiper pump for my white Chevy truck on Singing Oaks in Bulverde. I installed it yesterday and it works perfectly!! Thank you 😊

  First let me start off with saying a majority of my early professional years were in customer service. Now, as a business owner, it is the corner stone of our foundation and how we treat our clients defines us as a company. I was on the way to pick up my kids and out of the blue my engine temp red-lined and my battery voltage dropped through the floor. Shortly after, the truck started to loose power to non-essential functions (AC, radio, cab lights). Needless to say not an optimal afternoon. I pulled in and an older gentlemen (I wish I would have got his name) asked right away how he could help. Explained my issue and we checked the battery and alternator. Zero issues. After some further examination...I found that my serpentine belt was sliced. Went back in and then a young man, Cole, once again immediately asked how he could help. Explained my issue and we got the belt. I expressed to him that I was in need of some assistance because I had my two small children with me and could use an extra set of hands. I told him I was aware that the company probably had a policy against it for liability, but all I needed was him to take the tension off the system with a breaker bar. Cole agreeded to help and was an exceptional team player. After some strong four letter words and a couple of laughs the belt was on. We started it up and systems 100% restored. To whomever owns/ GMs this location, you should be very proud of your crew and thank you for setting the standard of customer service so high. I even to offered to pay Cole and he humbley refused stating, "all I did was hold the bar"...No sir, you set the bar for customer service and with that...I can confidently say you all have a customer for life.

  Jessie and Tyson were a great help today with my battery issue - friendly, professional and informative. They were sold out of the model I needed, and an associate picked up the item from a neighboring store while I waited. Thank you for the assistance!
