    I get my rental cars from here every time I travel for work which is typical a couple times a month. Great customer service, they are super friendly, and always want to help. I especially appreciate their very quick and efficient check-in and check-out as I’m always in a rush because of traffic.

    From the start on February 21 i had a horrible red headed lady helping me out who would not let me leave without putting a $100 (refundable) deposit. i did as she asked because she just would not budge and told me to come back in 3 days and i did so and got it taken off and spoke to the manager don’t know his name, and he took care of it.. couple of days pass i go back to drop off the car and the guy who was assisting me never brought up the fact that i needed to be refunded the remaining balance and actually tried to charge me when i was going through someone else’s insurance. After that he goes on to tell me “well i already closed the ticket so it is going to be 10 business days” it has been over a month and i have not gotten anything from them and when you call all you get is put on hold for 20 plus minutes. i am about to escalate this with my bank because they are not giving me my money back.
