  One of the most professional and patient truck stops I have ever been to. Especially Krystal. The whole staff runs the place excellently. I never regret coming here.

  Literally no point in having showers with permanantly an hour wait. Drove here omw to work clerk on thw phone didn't think to lmk about said hour wait.

  I really really sorry to leave this comment on this the pilot travel center I’m never seen this kind of very rude Manager and the way treating me is so bad. I know the manager she’s old she cannot be fit to be giving the service. She’s very arrogant and rude managers. I was there 10 18 2025 I was paid to take a shower first time the lady she told me 15 minutes and they told me the shower where was out of service. They told me waiting another 25 minutes after that asked me another 45 minute after that this is the manager came. She told me to wait another one hour. I told her why are you wasting my time why you don’t tell me before and she just starting altitude even she didn’t ask me sorry or apologies. I told her why are you wasting my time she just wanna if you want I can refund you money and she just refund the money and the way she just talk to me and the way she treated me. It was so bad I’ve never seen this kind of manager. Also the cashiers very rude because they don’t care about the customer. They don’t know how to give service because they get them the salary this is not his own company so whatever it is, she get her salary. That’s why she don’t care about the service and she don’t care about the company name. If you own this business I’m telling you she will give the best service but she’s you know employee she doesn’t care but I really sorry for that. I don’t wanna come back again because of the managers I found another gas station behind of the Pilot the name of Mustangs when I was coda the cashier and the manager the way how to treat me in the shower how he was cleaning they give me to everything is the best service even is not compared with this, but it’s good. You know to know they have a better one sorry Pilot, that your employee.

  I think this is one of my favorite stops in the area. Pretty quiet outside of the trucks but no loud music players or disruptive people so you can actually sleep so you can get back on the road. Let me tell you the shower on the left when you walk in is amazing - pressure is awesome. They only have 2 but its ok they are small but mighty. All the staff I have interacted with are friendly and helpful. They do have a McDs as well. Also I will say BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS if you get there in time for them.

  Gracias 🙏🏻 a todos los comentarios evitamos venir aquí y gastar nuestro dinero (porque mi esposo es camionero). Se imaginan gastarse $800 y que no te atiendan bien? No hay suficientes baños, es un lugar sucio, el personal es grosero y no te devuelven el dinero de un artículo dañado... 👋🏻 Aquí jamás iremos.
