  I have had my truck serviced here 9 many times and they just keep getting worse and worse. They started good, so I have spent thousands there on service. But they have just gotten to costly and stopped caring. -First- they will push for air filter and cabin air filter every time. This requires access through the glove compartment that that continuously break the discoloration bracket. $30 replacement part. -Second- I rotate tires every oil change. When I got new tires, I was informed of 12 lugs that were stripped due to over tightening with impact wrench. Thirdly- they checked the break fluid and left the cap off causing me to make an emergency stop. Found the cap, but what a mess. Smelled for weeks. - lastly - I finally went to Lamb’s for alignment and oil change and learned that the oil drain pan was stripped due to over tightening with an impact. No leaks, but eventually the pan will need to be replaced. Sorry guys, try harder.

  Absolute nightmare! Went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation, and instead of doing the job right, they wasted my time pushing upsells. Later that same day, driving from Austin to Houston, my oil warning light kept flashing. Turns out the Buda Grease Monkey didn’t even perform the oil change correctly — oil was leaking the entire drive. The Houston Huffmeister location had to redo everything and at least apologized. The Buda shop? Radio silence. No call, no apology, no accountability. This place is careless, unprofessional, and downright dangerous. Save yourself the headache and avoid this shop at all costs

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEIHCLE HERE!. My wife brought her jeep renegade to this location last week. Where they did a variety of services including a radiator flush. Days after her visit she keeps sending me photos of her thermostat reading overheating and issue with coolant. When I went to check her coolant levels it was completely bone dry. Meaning she had been driving her vehicle with zero coolant in the car for days. After bringing the vehicle in they just gave me the run around saying there was no issue pretending like the vehicles coolant storage is normal to have zero coolant levels. Clearly trying to avoid whatever damages have potentially connected them with my wife's vehicle. My wife and I are both small business owners and will be spreading the word about how terrible we were treated by this location. I am still in the process of getting some one on the phone from corporate.
