I received a text with findings/photos after they inspected my car as well as a phone call. They gave me an estimate and time to think things over. Again no pressure which I appreciate. Prices were absolutely fair, and they finished front and back brake work in less than 24 hours. Great communication! Highly recommend!

They went over the car with a fine-tooth comb, explained every issue they found, and even provided a detailed estimate for the repairs. Because of that, I was able to negotiate a better price with the seller and budget for the needed work. When I brought the car back in, the crew at Driven handled all the repairs quickly and professionally. They clearly know their German cars—the quality of their work shows it. They replaced the lower control arms, motor mounts, and water pump, performed an oil change, and installed billet performance shims in the drivetrain. Everyone there was top-notch, and the mechanic even took the time to come out and talk with me about the car. I highly recommend Driven to anyone needing honest, knowledgeable, and quality service.
