- ATAbel Tejera1 day ago5.0I've rented several times from Enterprise. Last time I rented, there was a lack of vehicles, including the small suv I wanted to rent. However, the individual that assisted me was able to accommodate me, and make my experience much less stressful. For that, I appreciate Enterprise and will continue to make them my choice for car rentals.

Called again Monday at 9:45 to confirm they said someone would be on the way shortly. Almost an hour went by I called again and they said yes we have drivers on their way. Called again an hour later and they said they moved my reservation to another location. The new location had no idea I was here waiting. So I’ve missed almost a whole day of work because of a carefree absolutely inconsiderate and incompetent front desk employee.

Unfortunately, when I came a couple weeks after they are claiming that they have not seen anything in the compartment after two checks. This company is employing dishonest people. I have made a formal complaint thru customer service and no one ever reached out to me. I have also made a complaint online. This company sucks. Honesty is not in there values for customer service
