I have been renting for a long time 3 to 4 times monthly most of the employees know me by name or face. This new guy that comes from the College Station location who is very unprofessional and has no customer service skills will be the reason I don’t rent from this location again. Kyle and John are very Professional and have Great Customer service Skils.. Please don’t let this one bad Apple spoil the bunch.I will be calling Corporate as well to escalate this matter.

And they said yes, everything was confirmed. Fast forward a week later, the day I need the truck, I drive an hour to the closest location, only to be told they don’t have a truck for me. Didn’t even try to work something out to honor the reservation. Pretty much just said that’s, that and they don’t have any vehicles to rent me. Horrible experience. Will never refer or try to rent from again
