- CPChuck PhonhnabothMar 5, 20261.0Please stay away from this business if you value your money or your vehicle. I took my daughter’s Toyota RAV4 in for a front bumper repair and was quoted $900. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. My daughter attends college in the area, so I had to rely on her assessment at pickup — which is understandably different from mine. Here’s what we encountered: 1. It took weeks just to receive a quote. 2. When she picked up the vehicle, panels and flares were still loose. 3. She had to wait an additional three hours for them to correct the issue. 4. The pre-collision warning was still active — something they apparently did not check or notice while moving the car around their shop. 5. We were told the sensor needed to be replaced at a cost of $500. When she came home this weekend, I had the vehicle reassessed elsewhere. The issue? The sensor simply needed to be reprogrammed — total cost: $150. Very disappointing experience overall. Consider this a lesson learned on our end, but I feel others should be aware before trusting them with their vehicle.
