The guy (never would give his name) was unhelpful and negative about being able to get the vehicle we needed to replace the one that was going into the body shop. He promised a call back that never came. When I followed up the morning before the date needed, he said that none of the other locations had called him back but that he would follow up and call me back. Of course, he never did. I called corporate and was able to transfer my reservation to Stephenville - but of course, the guy at Brownwood wouldn't pick up the phone in several calls to complete the transfer. He was a complete nightmare - it would've been better if he had just said outright that he didn't feel like doing the work to accommodate our reservation. My partner has had similar interactions with him during past rentals, as well. We will never give this location another chance. We'll drive to Stephenville or Killeen.

Their driver arrived on schedule, drove us to the rental office, where a courteous, conscientious staff greeted us. The car was ready to go, so after check-in, we left. We returned the car the same day, rather than the second day as planned, since our need for the vehicle had been met. The availability of car rental, the ease of renting, and the polite, professional staff made a worrisome day very pleasant. Thanks, Enterprise!
