- AIAlison IsraelOct 13, 20251.0I called AutoZone in Brownwood at 6:30 pm see if they could install a bulb for my headlight. They stated yes got to AutoZone. Arrived at AutoZone about 6:40 PM. The young guy came out and started trying to install the light the bulb when the elder gentleman came out and said you’re not gonna have time to do this yet they close in a couple of hours said I would need to take it to a shop to have it done. We never return here again.

Auto Zone management says it’s normal for their batteries to leak and damage my car. Will never do business with Auto Zone again. My friend C F says he parted with Autozone years ago for the same reason-6 leaky Duralast Gold Batteries all doing damage to his cars and trucks.
