Management said they would hold items and refused to ship them when I offered to pay for shipping plus extra. When I got back to town no one had any information about my stuff and I was never contacted before throwing it out

They put her on a waitlist since Friday it’s Wesenday already . The man worker told her he’ll put her on a waitlist again and no call was ever received . We’ve been renting at this location for years . New employees or new management has this place in shambles . Elementary customer service rating .

I walked in on a random afternoon after having a tire blow out on the highway and finding out it was a special tire and I would have to wait a few days before getting it back so I rented a car! As soon as I dropped the car off he inspected it and went over the cost of everything with me! Immediately asked if I needed a ride I don’t even have to ask him! The driver was very nice and took me to the dealership!!! Would definitely rent from them again!! I actually went to Hertz first and they told me they did not have any vehicles and the enterprise would not either because I didn’t have a reservation so if you go to Hertz first like I did, don’t listen to them and go rent for Brandon!!!
