Over time, the Central location has gotten worse in quality, and a family member’s vehicle in my plan was damaged at that location because the employees force us to cramp too much in the wash. The belt pushed the vehicle too forward where it hit the car in front. Of course, Quick Quack didn’t want to be held liable. Anyways, we gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried another location on 802. I was on the phone with my dad when the employee was trying to cramp him in with the car inside. My dad wanted to wait a few seconds for the car in front to move a little forward before getting in the wash. But the employee standing outside got upset enough to where he began insulting/threatening my dad to move or he will call the police. My dad refused to move as we pay monthly for a CAR WASH, not a car wreck. The egomaniac employee (or manager as he called himself) called the police on my dad only because he did not want to cram in the wash with the car in front of him so close up. The only reason I don’t cancel the membership is because our other family members use their washes almost daily. Almost all the locations started performing poorly already anyways, so we’ll probably be canceling within this month regardless.
