- CBCarsen BerryDec 28, 20251.0I made a last-minute car reservation (by first trying the direct line 6x with no pickup), then the main Enterprise line. I showed up to the airport to pickup, and they informed me they were out of vehicles. Zero solutions, besides they “might” get a car on Wednesday (this was Sunday). Offered no help to call other branches in the area for availability. I understand it’s not the employee’s fault, but some empathy would’ve been nice. They basically said they cannot help and walked away–literally. Why are you allowed to book a reservation if there’s no guaranteed car, and wouldn’t be for 72+ hours. I was expecting more from Enterprise.

I had a reservation but misplaced my license and they told us we could print out a temporary license as long as the information matched with passport so we took off to the nearest staples and came back, another employee said that they were now closed and they don’t accept temporary licenses. Even though I had just rented a vehicle 2 weeks prior. I understand policies but after all the running around to get the temporary license they even asked to be printed from DPS office on a weekend. Very disappointed.

A few days later I received email notification that everything was well, so no charges. I always take pics and a quick video because they do not go outside to check the vehicle.
