I walked in on a random afternoon after having a tire blow out on the highway and finding out it was a special tire and I would have to wait a few days before getting it back so I rented a car! As soon as I dropped the car off he inspected it and went over the cost of everything with me! Immediately asked if I needed a ride I don’t even have to ask him! The driver was very nice and took me to the dealership!!! Would definitely rent from them again!! I actually went to Hertz first and they told me they did not have any vehicles and the enterprise would not either because I didn’t have a reservation so if you go to Hertz first like I did, don’t listen to them and go rent for Brandon!!!

The customer service truly stood out, staff were professional, friendly, and very patient. They took the time to clearly explain the entire rental process, including coverage options, and made sure all my questions and concerns were fully addressed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely rent from this location again and recommend it to others.
