- JLJ L.Oct 30, 20251.0It's so sad that my kids missed an Appt in Houston because the car broke down in the rest Area passing Sarita check point. They where stranded since 230pm and all they would say call a toll truck, and call an Uber. If you all know Ubers can not pick anybody up in the Rest areas. Then they where told call 911 so they can give you a ride too the next enterprise station, really being stranded with kids due too not inspecting there vehicles before handing them out is lack of not caring for your customers security in the road. You rely on there vehicles too get there with no trouble and an hour later they break down. The wrecker didn't get there till 4 hours later, then they threaten you if anything happens too the vehicle you are liable, then they tell you so only you can ride with the tow truck leave your family there in the rest area unsafe no food who cares about them and go get another car then go back for your family who in the right mind will do that so inconsiderate. I'm hoping next time you think in renting a vehicle don't go here because if you get stranded in the middle of nowhere you are not protected by Enterprise you fend for urself. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
