  I’d like to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received at the AutoZone location on 1500 US, Military Rd, Brownsville, TX 78520 The technician Damian E. helped me replace the battery in my truck, and he did an outstanding job. He is very hardworking, positive, and clearly passionate about his work. You can tell he is well-prepared, as he had all his tools organized and worked in a very professional manner. What really stood out to me was his attitude toward customers. As I was leaving, he also helped my father replace the windshield wipers on his car, treating him with the same great attitude and willingness to help. I’ve been coming to this location for some time, and they have always been very friendly and helpful, but employees like Damian truly make a difference. I definitely recommend this location for their excellent customer service and dedicated team

  Outstanding service at AutoZone. I needed a battery replacement for my 2022 Cadillac XT4, which is very complicated, and didn’t know where to go. The manager, Miguel Ortiz, personally helped and changed the battery. Truly above-and-beyond customer service.
