I purchased two batteries and an alternator from them, and all three turned out to be faulty. This caused ongoing problems with my vehicle and wasted my time and money. This caused my battery to explode. When I went back to the store to have the issue resolved, the associate, Iris, told me to submit invoices for the claim, that she still has yet to file.
