  The older woman working the grill at 1900, 04/26/26 needs to be fired from her job. I ordered some wings and a cheeseburger. The wings were breaded and soaking wet, as well as being overcooked. When I returned the wings and asked for a refund she flew off the handle and started asking me why I returned it and gave me the lame, worn out line of “I’ve been cooking wings for x amount of years and NO ONE has returned them before.” (Yeah right you little liar.) She also kept repeating, “This is a truck stop.” I don’t know how that’s relevant: Was she saying truck drivers aren’t worthy of properly cooked food? I’ve been eating wings for three decades: I know what a good wing tastes like, and those were not it. The young man working the store side ended up giving me a refund, and told me the old woman's name is Mellia. Employees acting like a refund comes out of their paycheck and copping an attitude with customers is completely inappropriate. Looking at the reviews, it looks like other’s have had bad run-ins with that same old, combative woman. Whoever the owner is here: Do what’s good for your business and let Mellia go.

  Please do not go here if possible. I am telling you this because I felt so offended. I stopped by on April 8th at 9:40 PM. Since there were no prices listed, I picked up some beef jerky and asked about the price. They stopped in an instant and went to do something else, when they could have done it in just two seconds. There were people waiting behind me, and I felt like it was because of me, so I moved the item further away. Then, they went back to calculating the bills for the people behind me first. I am a Korean who has lived in this land for 40 years and has continuously paid taxes. I suspect they treated me that way simply because I currently resemble a Chinese person. There was a Black man standing next to me, and he also appeared to be going through a difficult time.

  The food here was surprisingly really really good! If I’m coming through here again I’ll definitely be stopping by here!
