    Even though I did not buy from them they treated me as if I had. Purchased a vehicle from Sewell Plano and had it transported to LR Boerne for delivery and the GM of all people came out, walked the car with me and made sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Did not just hand me the keys and send me on my way like I expected. Very friendly and caring. Says a lot about who is running this dealership now.

    I don’t think it’s possible to get better service anywhere!! We brought our buggy into service and had three men walk out to greet us. The two porters moved everything from our vehicle to the loaner vehicle, walked us in and sat us down. Within minutes we were done and headed out. About 2 hours later we get a video from a service technician doing a walk under our car. Told us what he was looking for, what he’s found so far and aprox how long it would take. I just can’t explain how nice this was in a world where customer service struggles, Sewell Land Rover knocks it out of the park!!! 6 out of 5 stars!!!

    I recently purchased a Land Rover, Defender 110. Kevin Hill met my cousin and I in the parking lot with a welcoming smile & a friendly wave welcoming us in. He allowed me to test drive several Defenders which took HOURS. He patiently went through the features of the 3 different Defender models I drove & helped me choose the right Defender. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and explained things at my level. Everybody was friendly and kind which made the process of purchasing a vehicle memorable. Thank you Land Rover Boerne Team for your excellent customer service.
