I recently purchased a Land Rover, Defender 110. Kevin Hill met my cousin and I in the parking lot with a welcoming smile & a friendly wave welcoming us in. He allowed me to test drive several Defenders which took HOURS. He patiently went through the features of the 3 different Defender models I drove & helped me choose the right Defender. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and explained things at my level. Everybody was friendly and kind which made the process of purchasing a vehicle memorable. Beware..Land Rover Boerne was bought by the Sewell group,they immediately dismissed the entire managment and sales staff including long term employees that had worked at the dealership for years.Sewell had a reputation for doing this and did a similar exercise when they bought Park Place North Austin Land Rover.They have a reputation for only employing sales staff out off college and paying very little.Product knowledge is not a determining factor..take your business to Land Rover San Antonio or Land Rover Austin

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Andres and Carlos during my recent trade-in and purchase. They handled every step with genuine care, clear communication, and a level of professionalism that made the entire experience seamless. I am extremely disappointed in Land of Rover of Boerne's level of service, or lack thereof! That said, "Level of Service" would indicate that some service has been provided, but, Land Rover of Boerne has provided "No Service" at all, as they have had my car for 5 days, not only is it not fixed, nor diagnosed, but I have not received one call from anyone there. We did not receive a call when our car arrived last Thursday, did not receive a call all day Friday, we called them on Saturday, they were of course closed on Sunday, and once again, did not receive a call from Land Rover of Boerne on Monday. As if their lack of communication wasnt enough, you will not do much better by trying to call them, as you will get an automated attendant that says they can only text you at this time. Should you decline the text message and request to speak to someone in service, then the automated attendant will hang up on you. I would not recommend this company, and I will stop using them as soon as I can speak to someone to get my car back!
Buyer Beware — Consistently Disappointing Experience
I’ve now had two separate experiences with this dealership, and both left me with serious concerns about their integrity and customer care.
1st Experience:
My wife’s 2017 Range Rover began making a noise from the rear end. Without even performing an inspection, the service department told me I needed a full rear differential replacement for nearly $7,000. I took the vehicle to S&G Automotive in San Antonio—who specialize in Range Rovers—and they resolved the issue for under $500 with a fluid change and software update.
2nd Experience:
I recently test-drove a used Ford Raptor that I intended to purchase. I was told it would be sent to detail and that I would be notified when ready to come back and finalize the purchase. I made it clear I wanted the truck for personal use and asked to remain first in line. Instead, the vehicle was sold without a call, text, or any courtesy notice—despite my stated intent to buy.
In both cases, the dealership appeared more focused on upselling or chasing a quick sale rather than providing honest, customer-first service. There are better and more trustworthy places to do business—I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
