  Beware: All Enterprise locations do not have the same deposit amount. I budgeted enough on my credit card for the $250 deposit I was charged in the Houston area. This location charges $300. I spent an hour and a half trying to move money around going back and forth with my bank and cards because debit cards are not accepted as a form of payment. Enterprise has zero payment flexibility options for their customers. No debit cards accepted. Only Credit Cards. We were in town for a family wedding around the holidays and things get tight. Had the payment policy been even remotely flexible my experience would have been smooth. With that being said, customer service was great. They get 2 stars because I refuse to place the blame for bad company policy on employees. Their team was outstanding. It was a busy holiday weekend and the whole crew was kind, courteous, and professional. Suggestion: Your customers should be allowed to pay for the rental on a debit card and use a credit card for the deposit.

  Apparently rules are not the same as stated on website. You cannot be added as a driver under original renters credit card . In the past Ive obtained vehicles (over 100 times) By being added as a driver under my boss card. Debit not accepted

  Beware if you're using debit card. I called this morning and was told that I was fine to come in and I told them I was using a debit card and bringing a hospital bill, cellphone bil, and hospital bill with my address and that I rent an apartment with utilities included so don't I have utilities in my name. They said you're good and we're ready for you. I booked an Uber costing 45$ because it's 40 miles away and I get here and they say we can't rent to you. I told them about my phone call just 1 hrs ago and that I told them specifics what I was bringing and that I was told I was "all good". These guys are untrained, don't know their own rental policies and agreements, and just cost me 100$ even after I called. This is unacceptable, and intentionally deceptive. Enterprise needs to state specially on their website this information if their staff is untrained and unqualified to answer their phone and communicate requirements and policy. I would give 0 stars but I'm sure car rental places do this all the time to people. On top of that the guy who told me he couldn't rent was dismissive and lacked any understanding. Thanks Enterprise for ruining my weeks plans! Now I can't get to my job, or spend time with my dad packing his house up after my mom has been placed in dementia care. The least they could do is be friendly. No apology was given for the managers team not knowing how to do their jobs. I also am supposed to move this week and am now unable. Avoid Boerne enterprise. San Antonio is the place to go apparently. Way to treat the local population!!

  The girls at the Boerne location provide stellar customer service! My fiance and Ihad originally scheduled a truck at their sister car rental store next door to them and unfortunately we showed up for pick up over an hour late and the truck was already rented it out. The gentleman assisting us walked over to check on the possibility of them having an available truck for us, and sure enough there was 1 ready and available. Ruth took over from there and gladly helped expedite the process. . She was knowledgeable and friendly. We were given a new Chevy pick up, with all the toots and whistles. It was approximately 20 dollars more. Well worth it! If you are in search of a truck rental and love and appreciate great customer service, I would highly recommend calling the girls at Enterprise truck rental in Boerne. Ruth was such a ray of sunshine!
