  I gave these guys a fun project with my (brand new) camper, the Casita Discovery LC, a brand new design. I told them I wanted a cargo cage on the back, that it would need to fit that size storage box 3 across and 2 high. It would also need full trailer lighting with a backup light brighter than the brake lights. My parameters were to build it like they were doing it for themselves, like they would be using it daily. While I have not put it through full use yet, I can talk about the construction, design, and quality of their work. The doors open out instead of down for easier access. The height allows either top or bottom box to be removed/returned without moving anything out of the way. They attached a license plate light on the cage - I am having the shop doing my solar tomorrow run the cage lights through the hull where the old license plate light will be removed. The side "fins" bolt on & off with welded nuts so they never get lost and don't have to be accessed from behind. The latches can be latched open so you don't have to fully pull the springs to latch them back. They welded it into the main frame underneath, even adding some spot welds where the square sewer hose tube was against the frame but not welded (no knock on Casita, they make it clear the tube isn't structural). I stopped by to answer their question on locating the turn/brake lights, and I had a chance to see the bare welds. The Big Boss (on his desk - Josh, I think) did the welding on it, and they were smooth welds - no wavy welds, smooth welds, no grinding necessary. In short, I turned them loose with an idea, and the product they gave back was a HIGH quality product built with precision for intelligent use, and they left no detail unconsidered. I am COMPLETELY happy with their work and would not hesitate to take them any type of project they will accept!

  This place is the definition of an honest business that’s interesting in helping people over simply making money. Took my flatbed in to have the trailer brakes looked at. They immediately lifted it up and started diagnosing things without requiring me to book an appointment with them. They spent a good 30 minutes testing and inspecting things and came to the conclusion that “everything is working well enough that they don’t think it’s worth me leaving it with them and paying to have it taken apart” lol! They wouldn’t even let me pay them for the time and effort of inspecting everything. If you want an honest trailer business that’s got your best interest in mind, this is the place, and they’ll get my trailer business from now on and hopefully yours too. Great people here, Jamie and Nick were awesome, thanks again.

  Called last week and left a voice mail during business hours, nobody ever called back. Called in the morning this week, asked about the 16 foot utility trailer and asked if it had a dovetail. Sales rep said they didn't make it for that model, (which is fine). I asked the rep for an estimate to get it customized at another shop to add a dovetail and they said a few thousand dollars, which is absurd. The biggest issue was when I asked for a simple price and in stock confirmation.. I was put on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up. I got the impression the rep didn't want to be bothered. I get the impression from this particular dealership and others, that they don't care one way or another if you buy a trailer from them.. because the next guy will. Big tex might be a good brand but I'll never know. Not giving my business to this company after this experience.
