- JHJustin HollivayMar 23, 20265.0Arrived at 7 am and was pulled in right away they found that the skid plate had been hit and shifted and made if difficult to change oil however they took the time to get the skid plate off. Thank you very much this crew here is awesomeness

- TKTim KemMar 22, 20264.0Super quick and easy. Only part that was kinda alarming was there was an individual kinda on the heavy set side seems like he maybe the supervisor/manager type. Should or could of ask if they could run the payment first before they started the work. That would of been perfectly fine instead this guy blurted out, "He's paying with a WEX company card make sure it works 1st before we work on it." Kinda rude...Don't know if they had issue with someone else in the past or recently and ran out on them but not everyone is alike. Other than that great job. Better way to go about it was talk among each other to get the payment 1st. If it wasn't due to that discrepancy it would be a 5 stars. On another note dont know if this is a franchise spot but get your employees or shop that water fans. Sumbish was HOT even in the shade with all bay doors open. No employee especially customers should suffer in the dead heat 😑.

Every technician was very knowledgeable on what to do. You can hear them clearly communicating and going over every thing that needed to get done. They left no stone unturned! We really appreciating the service from every technician. Josue is really awesome!
