- MHMckeeia Hall3 days ago1.0Swiped my card twice at the diesel pumps and it declined, I thought I put in the wrong pin until i got the notification from my bank. Went inside and had to give my id and card as if I was being profiled because I didn't see any of the other drivers doing it, they were able to pay at pump. Even saw 1 driver pay and he didnt have to leave his card or id because they could've easily done an authorization hold like the other quiktrip does. I asked for diesel and def and was unable to get def but I already knew that thats why I pay outside. When youre not using your company card it will only allow diesel. I know because i have been doing this job for 16 years OTR and quiktrip is definitely my go to location when traveling throughout the state of texas. I felt like I was profiled from the start!
- RWRobert Williams4 days ago1.0Stopped in this morning about 5:50 to get a breakfast taco. None on the food shelf. Had a couple biscuit & sausage. Stood there waiting for an employee to acknowledge me and 3 looked at me but never talked. Terrible customer service this morning.

- DCDawn CanoMar 21, 20265.0I made a Quik Trip stop at 6:11 pm on 3-21-26 and the manager on duty was very friendly and he was teaching the newer employees how to run the store. He greeted every customer who entered and didn't miss a beat. Happy to be able to stop here on my way back to Dallas.
