- ARA. Rivera5 days ago5.0Josue was great during my visit. He took the time to help figure out an approval issue with my oil change and stayed patient the whole time. He kept retrying the request explained what was going on and even made small talk so it didn’t feel awkward. He apologized for the trouble, even though it wasn’t his fault. Once everything was sorted out, the rest of the team was just as professional, the young guy who checked my lights and the lady who guided me out, were also just as friendly, overall I had a good experience!!

Only thing that wasn’t offered or mentioned was the cabin filter which I probably needed but didn’t think about until I left so that’s mostly on me.
