Complete scam!!! I could have paid that tire off that day but they said I could build credit with them to go back for more stuff later. RIP OFF

A nice gentlemen told me that they didn't have any Chrome in store at the moment, and I told him that there was one I saw online and didn't want to just purchase them without seeing them first. Since they didn't have any in stock, the guy told me he'd order them and let me know when they come in so that I can come see them in person before I bought them online. By the way, I am a cash customer. About 3 weeks later, they finally came in, but I had called every week checking, and Matt told me that they were there and offered for me to come on in to look at them and get them installed. I told him by the time i'd make it there it would be almost closing, i'm coming from out of town, and he said he'd schedule me for the next day, Friday, at 5:30, and that Keith would take care of me. So I arrived at 5:30 the next day and was not greeted with kindness at all. Matter of fact, I was greeted with "Tell me how this happened, how did you get someone to order wheels without a deposit"? Like it was my fault. I don't know, I just said I wanted to see them before I bought them and the guy ordered them. He then walks off and says "If she doesn't like them she's stuck with them"... or it was that he said "Or we're stuck with them"...he said it as he walked off. I followed him and asked "What did you say"? and he said nothing, come look at them. Unfortunately, the guy ordered black and not chrome. This even more so annoyed him, and maybe the annoyance was warranted, but not towards the customer. He walked off again, I followed him outside and initiated another conversation with him and he said "Well I don't know what's going on, you haven't even done an application"... I said "I don't need one, I am cash". He said "well see, that's the thing, I don't know what's going on, we need to have a conversation." You guessed it, he went back inside, I did too, and he told me I could come back the next day if I wanted those ones because he doesn't know anything about my 5:30 appointment and didn't see it in the system. I was cordial the entire time, because at the end of the day, the only money I lost was the gas I put in my vehicle to drive to Waco. They now have to sell those wheels. They're nice, go get them. I was going to order them online, in chrome, but since he was rude and kept walking off and acting as if I was in the wrong, I will not return. Take that out on the guy who ordered them and the guy who told me he set my appointment, not me. I just showed up. 1 star for the guy who placed the order for me so that I could see them in person 1 star for the guy who set my appointment because I really think he actually did and -3 "No Thank yous" as I won't be returning.

- DCDebra CharpingFeb 13, 20225.0Anyone that knows me knows that I don't do things like that well.. go to a new place then have to get somebody to help and give all your information and go through the hassle but there, they took care of everything if I didn't know what I was getting or what I was doing if I didn't feel like that I understood they had the answers the right answers there customer service with working with you was one of the best places I've seen in a long time AND I do not say that often because I worked in customer service for a good part of 25 years and now that I don't work in it and I have to go out there and deal with people .......and let me tell you their are some people out there that should never work in customer service ... EVER.. the guys over IN WACO ON VALLEY MILLS.. they are the Real Deal. The customer service. The price. The arrangements. All awesome. They made it a Great Experience. I was telling folks about it the first day I left there and I didn't even have my tires on my car yet LOL You guys did great.. I will go back with that group. I don't see going anywhere else .... Thanks guys y'all are AWESOME.

How does your program work?
We're all about making the wheels, tires, accessories and services you need and want affordable. We have a Buy-It-Today or 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase Option. Our 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase option allows you up to about 9 months (41 weeks) to pay off your wheels and or tires at our cash price. We also have Rent-To-Own, which allows you up to 82 weeks to pay off your wheels and/or tires. With Rent-To-Own if you don't pay your balance in full within 9 months (41 weeks), you'll receive 50% off of your remaining agreement balance if you decide to payoff your agreement early. You can fill out our online application to be pre-approved.

Yes, both! You can purchase or Rent-To-Own only tires and wheels. You can also buy or Rent-To-Own just one tire/wheel or a thousand. We're flexible! We carry a variety of tires for passenger, performance, truck and off-road vehicles, all latest styles and brands of wheels, all available to buy or through our Rent-To-Own program.
What do I need to rent wheels & tires/What to bring?
To qualify for our Rent-To-Own program we have a few simple requirements. In order to open an agreement, you will have to show proof of employment (paycheck stub), proof of vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, driver's license, proof of address (utility bill) and 5 references. How does the referral program work?
Earn $50 toward your account for every friend you recommend that becomes a customer. There is no limit! Refer as many friends as you would like. Simply call the store with their name and number and we’ll do all the work. Qualifications: You must be an active customer in good standing. The referred customer must open a new rent-to-own agreement with us for a set of wheels and/or tires. It’s simple!
