- DCdetria crainApr 9, 20261.0The customer service in the store is very horrible. My husband was there today to get a part for my car. My husband even had the part number. He was told that the only place that the part could be bought from was the dealership which was not true. Every time my husband would ask a question the rep would rudely cut him off. I get that people have bad days but it should not be taken out on the customer. But anyway we went over to the competitor part store and obtained the part with ease. Maybe corporate needs to be aware so that the proper training can be provided before these employees hit the floor to serve the same people that keep your business going. It only takes a small effort to be nice and helpful do better.
