I reached out to Izzy for any availability 3/26-3/27, but they were fully booked until Monday unless they received a cancellation (understandable). I had to go out of state 3/28-4/2 for work, so I scheduled for Friday, 4/3 @ 10am. On Thursday (4/2), I receive calls while I’m at work, presenting in meetings all day and away from my phone. Having access to my phone four hours later, one of the missed calls & texts is from Tint World with an Appointment reminder also asking to confirm. I confirmed, but Izzy already gave my timeslot to someone else with no availability until next week. So Tint Windows penalize folks for having a job. I never been in a situation like this. I shouldn’t need to confirm an appointment I already committed to a whole week in advance. Why would I want to book another week away when my appointment and my time was not valued to begin with? Definitely an inconvenience because I planned my week for it and I’ve wasted two weeks. I recommended two people to Tint World. I told them yesterday to look elsewhere.
