The manager (bold Hispanic man) was very rude to my daughter and was arguing with her about it. He kept saying that we did not get it from Auto Zone and that he couldn’t find it in their system. Another guy stepped in to help and knew what he was doing and found that we did purchase the battery from them. He gave us a New battery and the other guy that was a manager did not apologize for arguing. Not sure how someone that doesn’t know how to look for something could be a manager and rude.
