  Never again. Don't waste your time or your money. Got a new to me car today. Went thru this car wash paid 16.00 and was told they scrub. We'll it didn't get scrubbed good i guess on passenger side and when I tried to get them to let me go thru again kid just wanted me to buy membership again as he did when I first went thru. I would not ever recommend this car wash to anyone ever. Kid working just trying to get me to buy membership. Really glad I didn't now. I have never been to carwash that didn't stand behind the service provided instead get you to buy membership and you can go thru many times as you want. Also the hoses that dry at end were scrapping my car. Never again.

  Workers are really friendly. Love being able to wash the inside and outside of my car in a few minutes.

  I am leaving a review since I had recently subscribed and have a monthly payment which is not the main issue until the end of my review. The issue is every time I go at 5pm, they seem to be closing down even though google shows different hours. I noticed the vacuums are usually turned off or very low suction every time I do go, and the last two times I’ve gotten a car wash with my membership, My car is still covered in soap. I am actually unable to cancel my subscription since all the person asked for was my phone number and card. When I try making an account or signing in through the app, my email is either not found. If I do make an account, it will ask me to subscribe, so I have no way of canceling a $16 monthly fee. Haven’t been able to wash or vacuum my car, I shouldn’t be having to pay for this!

  Terrible business who is stealing from its customers. Today I brought my vehicle to wash it. I bought the $22 wash. The rinse cycle wasn't working and there was soap all over it. I showed Tyrus, the attendendant, and was very sorry and that they knew about the problem and had parts ordered. He also said there wasn't anything he could do except run it through again, but it just had more soap on it. I asked them to just take the hose and rinse it off, but he said the owner said he couldn't do that. I then asked for a refund and he said he couldn't do that either, but I was welcomed to take some rags and wipe it off. This car wash, and business practice is a complete ripoff. Any company who knows their equipment is not washing and rinsing the vehicles properly and continues to operate is basically stealing money from their customers. No refund and can't even take the hose and rinse the vehicle off is a scam. Very bad business! Don't wash your car at this car wash!

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CAR WASH! DO NOT GO HERE! We just spent $22.00 to have soap dumped on our car and then not rinsed off, Sunday, 3 /1/26, 4:00 pm. When we went back and asked if we could go back through, to get the soap off, the employee, Tyrus, told us this was a known problem and they had parts ordered. So, no matter how many times you go through it just dumps more and more soap that won't be washed off! Nothing is posted about this known problem. We then asked could we just use their water hose and rinse off the soap. The answer was NO. We then asked for a refund as we now have to find a functioning car wash to get the massive amount of soap off our car. The answer was NO. Tyrus told us we could get towels and wipe off the soap the best we could. SERIOUSLY???I just spent $22 and that is the best solution you have. They need to post this known issue and refund the price to those that have to still pay another car wash to do what this one didn't!
