  Terrible business who is stealing from its customers. Today I brought my vehicle to wash it. I bought the $22 wash. The rinse cycle wasn't working and there was soap all over it. I showed Tyrus, the attendendant, and was very sorry and that they knew about the problem and had parts ordered. He also said there wasn't anything he could do except run it through again, but it just had more soap on it. I asked them to just take the hose and rinse it off, but he said the owner said he couldn't do that. I then asked for a refund and he said he couldn't do that either, but I was welcomed to take some rags and wipe it off. This car wash, and business practice is a complete ripoff. Any company who knows their equipment is not washing and rinsing the vehicles properly and continues to operate is basically stealing money from their customers. No refund and can't even take the hose and rinse the vehicle off is a scam. Very bad business! Don't wash your car at this car wash!

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CAR WASH! DO NOT GO HERE! We just spent $22.00 to have soap dumped on our car and then not rinsed off, Sunday, 3 /1/26, 4:00 pm. When we went back and asked if we could go back through, to get the soap off, the employee, Tyrus, told us this was a known problem and they had parts ordered. So, no matter how many times you go through it just dumps more and more soap that won't be washed off! Nothing is posted about this known problem. We then asked could we just use their water hose and rinse off the soap. The answer was NO. We then asked for a refund as we now have to find a functioning car wash to get the massive amount of soap off our car. The answer was NO. Tyrus told us we could get towels and wipe off the soap the best we could. SERIOUSLY???I just spent $22 and that is the best solution you have. They need to post this known issue and refund the price to those that have to still pay another car wash to do what this one didn't!

  They cut the vacuums off If u don’t go wash first It’s false advertising there sign says wash how u wanna When there policy is to shut down vacuums on people I will never ever go back Rude staff as a member of a large car club I’ll tell everyone not to waste your time and money on a dirty car wash with vacuum hoses just hanging broken tied up

  They are an outstanding place. Car wash does a great job, and they have clean station for the inside and windows to make sure you have the detailed style cleaning. Then they have vaccums they have a strong suction to make sure the dirt is out of the vehicle

  There vacuumed to vacuum out the car do not work barely.and I mean what I'm saying. Don't waste your money you will be disappointed. Price not good because you are cheated out of vacuuming you car.
