  This store’s employees are rude and lazy. I am an elderly female customer with a disability and they opted to say “no” when I asked respectfully if they could help me put power steering fluid in my cay. If you need help with putting some light maintenance do not go to this store. They need training on how to assist their customers. I guess they don’t know anything about business, w/out customers there is no business and no paycheck either. Go to O’reilly’s they know how to help their customers.

  I went to the belmeed store 8 pm to return a part that the store on valley mills sold me the wrong part . I had to drive 25 miles to pick up that part that day . I was frustrated but the mgr was very professional in handling my problem. Much to my surprise . Auto zone needs more pros. Like her. I will continue to take my business to Auto zone because of her professional attitude. She great for your company .

  Wow! Great service. I did't know the battery was behind and under the passenger seat. My confidence level in coming back here for parts and service is 100%.

  Had the wrong part for my car in the system and had to take it back and find the right one. They fixed the issue.
