I am an elderly female customer with a disability and they opted to say “no” when I asked respectfully if they could help me put power steering fluid in my cay. If you need help with putting some light maintenance do not go to this store. They need training on how to assist their customers. I guess they don’t know anything about business, w/out customers there is no business and no paycheck either. Go to O’reilly’s they know how to help their customers.

I was frustrated but the mgr was very professional in handling my problem. Much to my surprise . Auto zone needs more pros. Like her. I will continue to take my business to Auto zone because of her professional attitude. She great for your company .
