I have been renting with them for less than a year and have been to many Houston locations prior.. I can say with 100% certainty that this location is by far the most friendly, accommodating, professional, and just all around the best location there is in Houston. The manager, Kai, ensure his cars are clean and ready to go every time I arrive. Even though I move from the area, I still travel to Bellaire to rent vehicles due to their customer service. Kai and his team definitely need as much recognition as they can get for all their hard work and dedication to their customers!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
