In December, my vehicle broke down, and just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, it caught fire and exploded on I-10 on January 9, 2026. Through all of this, Nia and Kai were compassionate, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me navigate the situation. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a terrifying ordeal so much more manageable. It’s rare to encounter a team that treats you like a person, not just a customer, and the Bellaire staff did exactly that. If you ever need a rental or assistance with a vehicle, I wholeheartedly recommend Enterprise Bellaire—especially Nia and Kai. They are outstanding, and I will forever be grateful for their support.
