A few weeks back while returning home from a business work trip in far south Texas, my ford diesel truck on a Friday afternoon at 4 pm was disabled because of a DEF issue. This lady said immediately bring me your truck and let my diesel mechanic see if he can get you back on the road. Much to my surprise, this lady made it happen. She was waiting when I pulled up and took my truck immediately to the back shop. In addition with the help of Kristen Garza, I have never had service this good ever. I have been driving only ford trucks for the past 40 years and will continue to do so .
