    I bought a 2023 4500 from y'all quick deal good price had bad experiences with both medium duty dealers in san antonio ancira on a recall for brake over 5 months say they ordered the parts but when I called Beck to see if parts were in told me no one ordered parts then when I called again I was told on back order i call Aztec and got the parts no problem they put them in great job I will drive from san antonio to beeville for now on thank you again to JOSE

    Disgraceful, Deceitful, and Untrustworthy. I bought a brand new, so I thought, 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 Duramax from Aztec Chevrolet. Daniel Ramirez said "We will clean it up for you", but what they did was buff my new truck making scratches, swirls, and holograms. Who in the heck buffs a new motor vehicle. At one point, Daniel thought it was funny when I talked to him on the phone bringing up this issue. Obviously, there is more details. If Aztec Chevrolet thinks I'm lying then let's go on Facebook live with the damaged truck. But they don't have the "pantalones" to do that. I should've read the other 1 star reviews before buying from this place. Aztec Chevrolet and it's personnel are unprofessional and not willing to take responsibility for selling me a damaged truck. I tried getting a hold of Mr. Alaniz but either the message was not getting relayed to him or he didn't want to reach out. The Alaniz brothers didn't buy this dealership to mess people over, especially, when it comes to a $100,000 truck, but it sure does feel like it. *===========================* 02/16/2026 This area is reserved for my response to the handling of this situation which will be at a reasonable and prudent time. 02/17/2026 No response from anyone at Aztec Chevrolet. I knew from the moment I read that response to my review from Aztec Chevrolet that it was all a lie. It is one lie after another. It seems like they love getting away with lying to honest and hard working people. They have no remorse for what they did to my "New" truck. 02/27/2026 No response from anyone at Aztec Chevrolet. This is nothing new since all they have done is tell lies.
