IMO go elsewhere. Edit 8/31/19- After the initial issues we experienced with our rental and the incredible shortcomings we experienced with customer service, Managment and an unresponsive corporate management it is clear that Penske as a whole truly does not withstand in the common interest of their clients. I have personally spent over 12 hours and over 13 calls that have been unreturned, management has been “busy or unavailable”. It’s amazing a $1800.00 bill we could not get a call back, credit card has been disputed in hopes of getting a response and resolution. Your response to my review is nill as you have access to look up our account and maybe reach out as quick over the phone or email as you have been to this review.
