They have done everything from oil changes, to bake and rotors, new tires, and so on. They get the work done in a reasonable amount of time and for a very fair price. I had 1 minor issue once after a visit. When I went back up to have it checked out, they apologized and corrected the issue right away and at no additional cost. Being able to fix a mistake correctly goes a long way with me. Life isn't perfect and things will happen. As long as things are made right, no harm no foul. And we have been back several times since with no issues, just as before. Anything maintenance and care for our cars, we will take them here first.

The female assistant manager stated to me that her master mechanic could only perform the service outside of business hours then rudely disconnected the call. I then received another phone call from a representative trying to clarify that they don’t perform the services. Sounds like shady business !! Is this how Mavis Tires & Brakes do business ???
