    I recently rented a car for a month to travel with my little nephews, and unfortunately, we experienced a very stressful situation while on the road, miles away from home. In the middle of our trip, I noticed a serious issue with the car. I was scared to continue driving, so I pulled over and called Enterprise Roadside Assistance. What followed was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I spent the entire day on the phone being transferred from one representative to another. No one seemed willing to take ownership of the situation. I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere, scared and overwhelmed, and eventually had to book a hotel room unexpectedly — losing the reservation I had at my destination. I was even told to drive to multiple branches in Page, Arizona, despite explaining that I didn’t feel safe driving the vehicle. It was heartbreaking and exhausting. The next day, I decided to call the branch where I originally rented the car — and that’s when everything changed. Mr. Jarrison Stewart and his team completely turned the experience around. From the moment I spoke with them, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. They handled the situation professionally and compassionately, and they made sure I was taken care of properly. When I returned the car, Mr. Stewart personally took the time to listen to my full story. He made sure I left satisfied as a customer and reassured me that my concerns truly mattered. After such a difficult experience, his leadership, empathy, and accountability restored my faith in Enterprise. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Stewart and his incredible team. If you ever face any issue during your rental, I highly recommend reaching out directly to his branch. They truly understand what customer service means and go above and beyond to make things right. Thank you again, Mr. Stewart, for your professionalism, kindness, and integrity. You made a stressful situation so much better for me and my family.

    I had to get a rental car while my vehicle was being fixed for an insurance claim. The staff was very friendly and informative, and took their time to make sure I understood everything about the process. Would recommend using them to anyone, and if I ever need another rental, they will be my first stop.

    This has been my best I've ever experienced renting a car. Considering, I just got rear ended on Friday and insurance just approved the claim this morning. I spoke to 3 different people this morning, including the gentleman who brought the rental car to the shop that is repairing my Jeep Wrangler. My experience with this location was beyond amazing. I wanted to make sure I wrote a good review, so other people not only just needing to rent a car, but going through issues due to a car accident got the wonderful customer service that I received today.
