If it wasn’t for other customers speaking up I would’ve never gotten the assistance I needed. She was rude and insensitive. Being that I work in the customer service industry as well I know that in today’s time good customer service goes a long way. I’ve been a long time customer of auto zone. I’ve been coming here for car needs since my very first car in 2006. I’m upset and disappointed by the way I was treated and I will also be reaching out to corporate. Again Matthew thank you! You are truly a gem!
