  Normally this place has been pretty good. But the vacuum cleaners are not very good today you might find one but you're going to go from one to another to another before you find one that has suction. I found one stalk that had one side working after five different stalls. It's the first time in over a year. But management needs to look at this to see what's going on. I will change the rating back till 5:00 if I come back next time and can get on a vacuum cleaner first time.

  Internet was down so could only pay in cash, and the machines were hitting the car a little harder than usual, felt like hitting a pole it was bouncing the car around more than I really cared for and will not be back.

  I had a pretty uncomfortable experience at the car wash with an employee named Justin who was working the line. From the moment I pulled up he was bucking his eyes at me and giving me strange looks like he had an attitude. It made the whole interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming. I even tried to be nice and asked him if he was having a good day, but instead of just answering normally he threw water on my car in a way that came off rude and dismissive. I’m a paying member and honestly customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable just pulling up to get their car washed. Because of this experience, I’ll be canceling my membership. A place that works with customers all day should have employees that at least show basic respect.
