  Jasmine took good care of me with insurance and rental needs for the month I was in my rental truck waiting on the body shop. I'm happy I worked with Enterprise!

  Always helping from Texas to Arkansas no matter your situation go with enterprise don't settle for Uber or Lyft trust your local Enterprise dealership they are just like family

  I reserved online with Costco Travel. They gave an invoice. I signed to not get their insurance cover due to the high cost. When picking the car up from Enterprise extreme high pressure was given to me from one of the women. It was almost threatening. I added the insurance without wanting to and it increased my bill by $250. The insurance is outrageous. Now I will not be able to afford to rent a car. It was very misleading from Costco Travels website. It seems like they are on commission. Not sure.

  Jasmine at Beaumont,TX enterprise was amazing, 5 stars!! The a/c in my rental was going out and the Gonzales,LA enterprise acted clueless that I picked up a car from their location. I called Orange,TX enterprise, which was the closest to me while traveling, and spoke with Dalton about getting my rental car swapped out and he told me he dont build cars. Jasmine, my family and I thank you so much for making our day better, and being understanding.

  Made a reservation 10 days prior to picking up. Called the store and mentioned I would be 4 hours late where employees said it would be fine. 20 minutes until reservation I received a call asking for 2 additional hours for them to get a car (6 hours pass reservation). Pointed out to caller that my reservation was for 4 hours ago and what was being asked was unacceptable. Caller stated there was nothing he could do and was expecting cars in in 2 hours (no guarantee). Arrived at the location and reiterated that the lack of resolutions was unacceptable and informed him that I would be calling the corporate office to discuss other options for resolutions. Call the 1-800 number and was told that supervisor do not take calls and that they were “trying to locate a car“. Supervisor called back with no real resolution besides wait more time. I went to HERTZ and got waited on and got what I needed. My mom reminded me this happened to her with Enterpirse a few years ago. I have never been so disappointed with a company .
