Every time I came through it would leave soap on my car and a lot of dirt spots even though I use the prewash station… my biggest complaint has to be that the drying and detailing rags were always and I do mean always wet. After about 5 months I never found a dry rag at the place… even on days that were slow the towels were still damp.

- PMPorter MayDec 23, 20251.0Car wash is good, so I tried to purchase a year membership for my dad for Christmas. I went to their online website and bought one. I got charged 172 dollars and when we went to pick up the pass they said we didn’t purchase a membership. We showed them the receipt the charge and the bar code they sent us. Still wouldn’t give us the sticker. They were not helpful at all in the matter and told us we aren’t the only people this happened to. So instead of fixing the issue they are letting people get charge then not helping. We went to different locations to talk to their customer support and they all basically said “sorry, want us to do it in store? You’ll just be double charged.” So whatever you do, don’t buy anything online. Now I’m fighting with the bank to get back money that just “disappeared”.
