- KLKAYLA LOVELADYOct 17, 20253.0Went in for a quick oil change before heading out of town , When I first arrived the gentleman had no customer service skillls he immediately reached into my car and started resetting the mileage and other things on my dashboard only to then tel me they couldn’t do the oil change cause the plug was stripped and they didn’t wanna pull it out cause it would cause a leak ?? Okay that’s fine but why reset everything if you didn’t even k ow if you could perform the work ?? So I had to bring it back to the dealership where I normally go and bring it to their attention along with waste half my morning in the waiting area , a little communication would have went a long way
