I'm absolutely amazed that nothing in the truck shifted or broke! The truck handled beautifully, even on those challenging stretches. What truly made this move stress-free, though, was Penske's outstanding customer service. I had to call them multiple times: once to change my pickup time, again to adjust the drop-off date, and even to figure out what a red blinking light on the dashboard meant (which turned out to be the exhaust brake, a normal feature). Every single time, the customer service representatives were excellent, incredibly helpful, and took care of my issues right away. Their responsiveness and efficiency were a huge relief during a busy and demanding move. I highly recommend Penske for anyone planning a move, especially if you're facing a long distance or less-than-perfect roads. Their trucks are reliable, and their customer support is top-notch!
