- CBChristopher BijouSep 6, 20251.0Horrible communication and low customer concern. I purchased my tires here and use the center on Dowlen to rotate and balance my tires. I was asked to sign for the work and was informed my car was finished. They gave me the keys and left the paper folded on the seat. I was changing the oil later that day and noticed both front tires were worn to the threads. The next day I went back to ask about this and the service person Josh wouldn’t come from the back. He lied to the other service person and stated he discussed this and I declined new tires. The fact they would let someone leave and not inform a customer of this issue is horrible, dangerous and shows a lack of concern.

My car drives amazing now. Everyone there I talked to were beyond friendly, very honest, and explained everything to me. I highly trust them and will recommend this location! Thank you for such quality work and excellent service!
