- NHNatalia HaynesDec 24, 20251.0Went to get my alignment done and they did not close my hood all the way, and it flew up on the highway to get back home and busted my windshield, terrible service, put mine and my boyfriends lives in danger due to improper closing of the hood, and then proceeded to tell me they watched the dude close the hood but if it was closed It would have not flew up, terrible first time Service oh and couldn’t align due to more problems which is ok, i got to get that stuff fixed, but now i have to get my Windshield replaced and get my hood fixed

- CBChristopher BijouSep 6, 20251.0Horrible communication and low customer concern. I purchased my tires here and use the center on Dowlen to rotate and balance my tires. I was asked to sign for the work and was informed my car was finished. They gave me the keys and left the paper folded on the seat. I was changing the oil later that day and noticed both front tires were worn to the threads. The next day I went back to ask about this and the service person Josh wouldn’t come from the back. He lied to the other service person and stated he discussed this and I declined new tires. The fact they would let someone leave and not inform a customer of this issue is horrible, dangerous and shows a lack of concern.
