  I have had Enterprise tell me that they cannot fill my reservation the day before I was leaving for a trip on two separate occasions. I also had one of their Jeep Renegades break down 500 miles from home in the middle of a vacation and had to find another location to swap out the vehicle. Highly unprofessional.

  Miguel gets 5 stars for customer services!!! He was personable with me when I explained how there was confusion with my rental. His understanding and compassion for my situation made a rather unpleasent situation, manable. This establishment is lucky to have him there.

  Hunter and Miguel were fantastic to work with. Both had positive attitudes and nothing was ever a problem for them. They always had answers and solved things with no stress.

  Staff members are so nice and helpful in meeting my needs. I'd recommend this Enterprise location to anyone.
