The check in / out process was 1 of the best since traveling for business and personal especially thanks to Agent Summer who was very professional and friendly as she assisted me when returning the rental. This is now my favorite location to rent and will have to update that in the Enterprise application asap. Thanks summer for gaining me back as a loyal customer with your great customer service.

It’s fair to say because of that I have a pretty good idea of their policies and car care. Unfortunately the adult children they have working there has low emotional intelligence and can’t face the facts that all the cars smell like cigarettes even after spraying their wonder spray. It is what it is and doesn’t effect you🤦♀️
