If I had to choose between enterprise rental or car salesmen in terms of customer service and honesty I choose the car salesman hands down . Worst experience ever . Will never go back to them period.

Gave them police report etc. They are holding my deposit and it’s to close to the holidays or put me in another vehicle no way I should have to wait this long to get no where . I call every day and they ask what are you talking about like they don’t know what’s going on. I spend $1500 or more every month for the last 8 months and they treat you like it’s nothing to them . Sad

I reserved mid size suv and that was smallest I wanted to go but they sure didn't offer a larger suv. But I wouldn't bother with complaints about that...what does bother me are the 6 calls and endless texts and emails about buying a car from them. I never asked about buying a car. Wife car was in accident and probably totaled but that doesn't mean I want the never ending solicitations. .

The check in / out process was 1 of the best since traveling for business and personal especially thanks to Agent Summer who was very professional and friendly as she assisted me when returning the rental. This is now my favorite location to rent and will have to update that in the Enterprise application asap. Thanks summer for gaining me back as a loyal customer with your great customer service.
